The ACEP LAC is a great meeting for ED docs that takes place in Washington, DC and combines education, networking, and physician lobbying on Capitol Hill. Conference info can be found here. The poster session focuses on policy issues. See examples below.

Here’s a great opportunity for your residents or faculty to present policy, leadership, advocacy, and related research to a national audience of EM leaders at one of ACEP’s most popular events – Leadership and Advocacy Conference (LAC) in Washington DC, May 15-18.
Once again this year, EMRA and the ACEP Young Physicians’ Section (YPS) is sponsoring a poster session at LAC. Please encourage your residents and faculty to submit an abstract.
Some examples of past poster presentations include: reimbursement after health reform; opioid prescribing; statewide EM advocacy day; and, ED boarding of patients with psychiatric conditions.
