Free resident and student conference registration, interesting stuff…

From the organizers:

Greetings on behalf of the Aerospace Medical Association (AsMA), the premier international professional organization in the fields of “aerospace medicine and human performance”.

We wish to reach out to residents of all medical disciplines to invite them “to explore” the many facets of aerospace medicine as it relates to their current training arena.

The attachments include:

-An invitation for a one-day free registration to the AsMA Scientific Meeting being held April 24-28, 2016 in Atlantic City, NJ from AsMA President, Dr. Kris Belland.

-An invitation to join the Aerospace Medicine Student and Resident Organization (AMSRO) from President, Anita Mantri, MD/PhD Student.

It is our earnest request that you kindly consider forwarding this email to your current residents.  There are opportunities for travel stipends and scholarships through AsMA for attendance at annual scientific meetings.

Please visit the AsMA website at https://www.asma.org hosting a wide range of information about our organization and activities, including a “Question of the Day” and “Ask the Expert” window.  A great website indeed. In addition, residents interested in becoming involved in AMSRO should visit http://www.amsro.net/ for further information, including scholarship opportunities.

Contact the AsMA Home Office and Executive Director, Jeffrey Sventek, with any questions or request for further information.
