From the text of the announcement:

The Department of Emergency Medicine at Thomas Jefferson University is excited to offer a 1-year Observation Medicine Fellowship. The fellowship training program is ideal for EM residents who want to become content experts and leaders in the growing field of observation medicine.

A well-rounded, educationally-grounded approach will allow the prospective fellow to develop both the clinical and administrative skills needed to successfully develop and operationalize an observation unit; create an observation medicine curriculum; design and publish research; and become a regional and/or national leader in this rapidly growing field.
